Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent who will be the voice of Poojalu.com—responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, guiding them through our services, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
  • Provide detailed information about poojas, services, pricing, and bookings.
  • Resolve customer issues with patience, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Pandits, Ops, Delivery) to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM tools as needed.
  • Follow communication guidelines and uphold company standards in every interaction.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest best possible services.
  • Work toward achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Good typing speed and understanding of digital communication tools.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
