Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Agent who will be the voice of Poojalu.com—responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, guiding them through our services, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
- Provide detailed information about poojas, services, pricing, and bookings.
- Resolve customer issues with patience, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Pandits, Ops, Delivery) to ensure smooth service execution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM tools as needed.
- Follow communication guidelines and uphold company standards in every interaction.
- Identify customer needs and suggest best possible services.
- Work toward achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Good typing speed and understanding of digital communication tools.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
