Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Analyst who understands trends, engages audiences, and builds brand visibility. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about producing high-quality content (especially reels) related to spiritual services, festivals, rituals, and cultural themes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality Reels, posts, stories, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals, festivals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct competitor and trend research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase Pandit services, rituals, astrology, and customer experiences.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form content to drive audience interaction.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor social media inquiries and forward leads to the support team when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience in social media content creation (reels, short videos, posts).
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube analytics and trends.
- Basic skills in Canva, Figma, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategies.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in similar roles preferred.
